Undercover police foil smash-and-grab scooter raid on luxury Mayfair jewellers

Robbers on scooters hit the luxury Parmigiani jewellers in Mayfair today but were foiled by undercover cops in a black taxi.

After trying to smash through the store’s front door the would be thieves were ambushed by police after two bikes collided with the taxi outside the store…..
