Police hunt two men after Warwick jewellery raid

Warwickshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a jewellery store was burgled on Warwick’s high street last week.

Gang admit £230,000 armed jewellery store raid

Three men have admitted carrying out a £230,000 armed robbery on a jewellers at the Argyll Arcade in Glasgow last year.
Jason Yendall, 29, Aaron Brannan, 24, and Jason Britton,23, pleaded guilty to the armed raid on the jewellery retailer Rox in the Argyll Arcade. In total, 21 watches were stolen, including 19 Hublot watches, some worth between £19,000 and £23,000 – none of which have been recovered……

Shootout in Cretan hotel between armed robbers and Police forces

Two Greek and one Albanian criminals seem to have a rich criminal past. The three endangered the lives of innocent tourists and small children alike after shooting up the Creta Maris hotel in Crete.
One of the Greek perps who has been wounded by police shots, suffered a fractured thigh and extreme bleeding. Doctors at a nearby hospital, made a herculean effort to keep him alive. This is a convicted felon who seems to have been leading the other two. Out of said two, one was wounded on the forehead, and one on the shoulder……

‘You picked the wrong guy’: jeweller chases off armed robber with baseball bat

Devon & Cornwall Police have released CCTV footage of an attempted armed robbery after the owner of a jewellery store successfully chased the suspect away.

SUSPECTS UNABLE TO SMASH SHOWCASES WITH LAMINATED GLASS

Huntsville, AL – May 28, 2014
Three black male suspects entered a retail jewelry store and attempted to smash watch showcases with hammers. However, the showcases had laminated glass that did not break after many blows of the hammers. When the suspects realized that they would not be able to smash into the showcases, they left the store without taking any merchandise.RECOMMENDATION: Showcases with high-security glass can prevent losses from smash and grab attacks.
